RFP: Strategic Planning Facilitator

logoSt. Louis Alliance for Reentry (STAR) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for a facilitator to lead a strategic planning process to establish a five year plan. The plan will articulate STAR’s vision/mission and include the goals, objectives, and actions steps that will guide the initiative for the next five years. STAR is requesting competitive bids for the work to be completed.

The STAR Strategic Plan Committee will review all proposals.The Committee may consider any factors it deems necessary and proper, including but not limited to: price, quality of service, response to this request, experience, staffing, and general reputation. The final selection will be made by STAR’s Steering Committee.

Please download RFP and carefully review the instructions. RFPs are due to Area Resources for Community and Human Services (ARCHS) by May 22, 2017.

2017 STAR Summit Overview and Video



More than 275 participants enjoyed a full day of educational sessions and networking at the 2017 St. Louis Alliance for Reentry Summit on March 14 on the campus of St. Louis Community College-Florisssant Valley. The focus of the Summit was on health, mental health, and substance use issues in the reentry field.

The Summit featured 22 speakers, 4 panel discussions, and was sponsored by ARCHS, Missouri Department of Corrections, Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis, St. Louis Community College, Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis City, and St. Louis County.
