On Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the St. Louis Public Library, reentry-focused organizations joined STAR's Coffee Chat series to share knowledge and resources surrounding youth incarceration and transition planning. Organizations such as Criminal Justice Ministry, Center for Women in Transition, and People’s Community Action Corporation spoke on their efforts in the St. Louis community.
